Ordering & Payment – All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 3 days before your next delivery.

Delivery – We deliver on your scheduled days. If you’re not home, we may leave your order at your designated spot. You accept responsibility for it once delivered.

Food Safety – Meals are made in kitchens that may handle allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish. Please review ingredients before eating.

Refunds – Because our food is perishable, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 24 hours with photos if there’s an issue.

Full Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions

“We,” “Our,” “Us” – refers to Noble Meals.

“You,” “Your” – refers to the customer, user, or visitor.

“Services” – includes all meal preparation, delivery, and related offerings provided by Noble Meals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or subscribe to our services. By using our site, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of order via our approved payment methods.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.
4. Subscription Plans
If you enroll in a subscription plan:

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Delivery areas, schedules, and fees will be disclosed before checkout.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes).

If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order may be left at the designated location, and you accept all risk of loss or spoilage thereafter.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate ingredient information, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Noble Meals and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to health issues caused by consumption, delivery delays, or website errors.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Meals, its employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. NOBLE MEALS MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
The Noble Meals mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Noble Meals (“Noble Meals,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Consent to Receive Messages
By consenting to Noble Meals’ SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Noble Meals through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include:

No Purchase Requirement
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Noble Meals. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
Costs & Frequency
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.

Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the Service at any time.

Or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message.
You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. After this, no further promotional messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.
If you have subscribed to other Noble Meals mobile programs and wish to cancel, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective Mobile Terms.

Number Changes
We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
Carrier Disclaimer
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program again with your new number.
Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Noble Meals will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
